What is the difference between an event planner, a decorator, and a Spatial Event Architect?
A traditional event planner manages your timeline, vendors, and budget. A decorator focuses on surface details like colors, linens, and centerpieces. As Spatial Event Architects, we design how your space actually works. We engineer the room's layout, guest flow, sightlines, and structural design so the entire environment feels purposefully built, not just decorated.
Do you design corporate events and brand activations in Toronto?
Yes. We engineer high-impact corporate environments, product launches, galas, and brand activations across Toronto, Vaughan, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We work with industry-leading brands to build immersive spaces that drive guest engagement and amplify corporate messaging.
Can we hire you for event design if we already have an in-house production team or planner?
Yes. While we offer full-service event production, we also offer Design-Only Consulting and Commercial Spatial Audits. This allows corporate brands or couples who already have a logistics planner to hire us strictly for our architectural direction, spatial floor plans, and creative vision.
How much does custom wedding design and production cost?
Because we do not build generic rooms, we do not offer flat-rate packages. Your investment is custom-quoted based on the complexity of your design, the size of your venue, and what we are custom-fabricating for the space.
Private Luxury Weddings: Our minimum engagement for custom spatial design and production begins at $25,000.

Do you only work in Toronto and Vaughan, or do you travel for destination events?
While our studio is based in Vaughan and we heavily service the Greater Toronto Area, we frequently travel. We regularly design and produce corporate events and luxury weddings in Montréal, Muskoka, and select global destinations.
How far in advance should we book your services?
We accept a limited number of commissions each year to maintain our high standard of execution.
- For Corporate Events: We know business moves faster. We frequently accommodate shorter timelines and tighter turnarounds for corporate environments and brand activations.
- For Luxury Weddings: We recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance. Engaging us early allows us to design your floor plan and venue layout before choices become locked in.
Do you have a minimum guest count for weddings or corporate events?
No. We price our services based on the complexity of the spatial design, not how many people are attending. In fact, intimate events and smaller rooms often require more design precision because every single detail is visible to your guests.
