How We Price Our Work

We do not offer flat-rate packages because we do not build generic rooms.

Whether we are designing a luxury wedding or a corporate brand activation, your investment is custom-quoted based on three things:

  • The complexity of your design
  • The size of your venue
  • What we are custom-building for your space

Below are the starting points for our design and production fees.

Private Luxury Weddings

We design how your space actually works, feels, and flows.

  • Our Minimum Engagement: Custom spatial design and production for private weddings begins at $25,000.
  • Your Total Budget: Please note this fee covers our architectural design, custom fabrication, and event production only. It does not include external costs like your venue rental, catering, or entertainment.

Corporate & Brand Activations

The House builds lasting partnerships with brands, scaling our expertise from focused gatherings to major activations.

Because no two environments are the same, all services are custom-scoped.

From full on-site production to commercial spatial audits and design consulting, we offer flexible project-based pricing, ongoing partnerships, and retainer models to best serve your brand's objectives

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we hire you for event design if we already have an in-house production team or planner?

Yes. While we offer full-service event production, we also offer Design-Only Consulting and Commercial Spatial Audits. This allows corporate brands or couples who already have a logistics planner to hire us strictly for our architectural direction, spatial floor plans, and creative vision.

How much does custom wedding design and production cost?

Because we do not build generic rooms, we do not offer flat-rate packages. Your investment is custom-quoted based on the complexity of your design, the size of your venue, and what we are custom-fabricating for the space.

Private Luxury Weddings: Our minimum engagement for custom spatial design and production begins at $25,000.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We accept a limited number of commissions each year to maintain our high standard of execution.

  • For Corporate Events: We know business moves faster. We frequently accommodate shorter timelines and tighter turnarounds for corporate environments and brand activations.
  • For Luxury Weddings: We recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance. Engaging us early allows us to design your floor plan and venue layout before choices become locked in.

We believe in clarity before commitment. Because no two environments are the same, every corporate project is priced individually based on its unique scope, scale, and specific production requirements.
